EquityRoot Housing Partners, Inc.  —  Massachusetts Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Organization
Opportunities

We are building our pipeline.

EquityRoot actively sources and evaluates housing development opportunities across Greater Boston. We distinguish between opportunities under evaluation and projects in formal development.

What We're Looking For

Six types of opportunities.

Vacant Land

Small and neighborhood-scale residential development sites across Greater Boston.

Underutilized Properties

Properties whose existing use may not represent their full housing potential.

Adaptive-Reuse Sites

Existing buildings capable of supporting appropriate residential reuse.

Public Development

Sites made available through public disposition or competitive development processes.

Private & Off-Market

Properties where direct owner collaboration may create a viable development path.

Joint Development

Projects where another organization seeks a nonprofit housing-development partner.

If you own, represent or know of a property with housing-development potential, we want to hear about it.
